Park Policies

Welcome to Night Sky!

We are delighted to have you here. To ensure an absolutely wonderful experience for everyone, please read the following guidelines:

At Night Sky, we cherish nature and respect all campers. Your thoughtful and considerate behavior will ensure that everyone is fully able to enjoy all that this particular environment has to offer.  Our shared connection with nature and each other is what truly matters.

This is a special place where we can find much needed peace and tranquility. In order to preserve this serenity let us minimize our sight and sound pollution, try to leave it better than you found it, or, endeavor to leave no trace.

Use exterior lighting only when needed—many creatures thrive in darkness, and it’s extremely beneficial for us as well.

Enjoy the natural sounds and the silence that surrounds you by avoiding exterior speakers.

Please keep dogs leashed at all times and plan to pack out what you pack in as there are no garbage or recycling facilities on site. Greenwood Landfill is open Tue, Fri, and Sat, and clean drink containers can be donated to the Greenwood Library fundraiser. We’re happy to assist!

Please, be mindful of your energy use and protect the soil and grass by minimizing the use of camp mats and avoiding excessive driving on it.

Thank you for helping us create a peaceful, respectful, and sustainable environment. Enjoy your stay!
